California

USC

Our very own Tyson Winter informs us that USC men’s golf is in second at the NCAA championships after play was cut short Sunday due to lightning. The Trojans and Bruins are sure things to make the top-15 cut for the fourth and final round of stroke play, while the Huskies are tied for 15th.

UCLA

UCLA baseball beat Maryland 4-2 Sunday night (highlights) to force a do-or-die Game 7 in the Los Angeles regional. Check out closer David Berg slipping on the mound on the very last pitch of the game. Our own Jen Cosgriff tells us that UCLA and Cal are the only Pac-12 teams remaining in the NCAA baseball postseason.

Arizona State

Arizona State baseball ended its season with a 7-4 loss to Pepperdine Sunday. The Sun Devils finished the season 35-23.

Oregon

Oregon baseball was eliminated in an 11-inning heartbreaker to Iowa, squandering multiple chances to score in a 2-1 loss.
