Stanford women’s tennis is on to the NCAA finals after upsetting Ohio State 4-3 Monday night in Atlanta in thrilling fashion, winning on a third-set tiebreaker after the clincher, Taylor Davidson, erased third-set deficits of 4-1, 5-4 and 6-5. This whole team seemingly has the clutch gene.

Arizona State golfer Monica Vaughn won the NCAA individual title as her Sun Devils, Stanford and USC are the three Pac-12 women’s golf teams advancing to match play.

Elizabeth Hernandez of BuffZone.com writes that it is now on University of Colorado President Bruce Benson to decide how to handle the university’s failure to report domestic violence accusations against former football assistant Joe Tumpkin. The CU Board of Regents passed the decision on to Benson after a Monday meeting at CU headquarters in Denver.
