Roundup: Jake Luton named Oregon State's starting quarterback

Oregon State head coach Gary Andersen named Jake Luton the Beavers’ starting quarterback Tuesday, Gina Mizell reports. Luton beat out Marcus McMaryion and Darell Garretson for the starting gig.

Oregon

Andrew Greif reports that former Oregon football coach Mark Helfrich is joining Fox Sports as a college football analyst for the 2017 season. According to The Big Lead, which Greif cites for this story, Helfrich will be in the booth for games as a color commentator.

Washington
