USC

Kyle Bonagura details a day in the life of USC blind long-snapper Jake Olson, who was named Pac-12 Special Teams Player of the Week for his perfect snap against Western Michigan.

Stanford

Bonagura also takes a trip down memory lane to detail how Jim Harbaugh and Stanford upset USC as 41-point underdogs in 2007. It was the biggest upset in college football history until 45-point 'dog Howard beat UNLV last weekend. I’ll never forget that game as long as I’m able-minded (Stanford-USC, that is); great memories.

Oregon

Good read here from Kevin Clark of The Ringer, as he brings us stories about Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota that show us how good of a leader and person he truly is.

Washington State

Washington State football was forced to practice indoors Tuesday due to poor air quality (CougCenter). The skies certainly don’t look all that pretty in the photo in the link (pic credit to Theo Lawson of The Spokesman-Review).

Utah

Christopher Kamrani of The Salt Lake Tribune reports that Utah gymnastics co-coaches Tom Farden and Megan Marsden signed five-year contract extensions through 2022. The two led the Red Rocks to a Pac-12 title and Super Six appearance last season.

California

Cal’s Devante Downs was named Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week after compiling 13 tackles, a forced fumble and an interception in the Golden Bears’ 35-30 win over North Carolina.

Oregon State’s Bella Geist was named Pac-12 Women’s Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week after posting five saves in a shutout win at San Francisco on Sunday.

Arizona

If you haven’t been following, former Arizona men’s basketball star Lauri Markkanen is dominating EuroBasket with Finland, averaging 22.5 points and 7.3 rebounds in the event so far (Arizona Daily Star).

Arizona State

With starting center A.J. McCollum not practicing Tuesday, Arizona State made some changes on the offensive line for practice, report Doug Haller and Jeff Metcalfe. Cohl Cabral was at center, Steve Miller at left tackle, Sam jones at left guard, Quinn Bailey at right guard and Zack Robertson at right tackle.

Washington

Adam Jude details Washington linebacker Ben Burr-Kirven’s passion for filmmaking, something he has done since he was a kid.
