Nov 14, 2017

COMPLETE RELEASE

#PAC12HOOPS STARTING FIVE

1 - OREGON head coach Dana Altman is one victory shy of reaching the 600 career win plateau. According to the NCAA coaching record book and its minimums, he would become the 14th active and 49th all-time coach to reach the milestone in NCAA Division I. He would also be the seventh in Conference history for a coach with 5-plus years of tenure in the league.

18-2 - Pac-12’s combined record through the opening four days of the regular season (through Nov. 13), a .900 win percentage that’s bettered only by the Big Ten (26-1, .963) and SEC (19-1, .950).

3 - Number of nationally ranked Pac-12 teams in the Associated Press poll, featuring No. 3 ARIZONA appearing in the AP Top 25 for the 99th straight time (second nationally only to Kansas’ 163), No. 10 USC with its highest AP preseason ranking (#10) since 1974-75, and No. 23 UCLA.

7 - Number of Pac-12 standouts named to the Wooden Award National Player of the Year Watch List, tied for the second-most in the nation. ARIZONA’s three nominees are tied for the most in the country, while USC’s two are tied for third-most.
