Arizona State

Arizona State men’s basketball is off to the best start in school history after Sunday’s 76-64 win over Vanderbilt improved the Sun Devils’ record to 10-0. The Sun Devils are now ranked third in the AP poll, which ties the best ranking in program history.

Oregon

Oregon women’s basketball guard Sabrina Ionescu set the Pac-12 career triple-doubles record in leading the Ducks to a 90-46 win over Ole Miss (The Oregonian/OregonLive). Her seventh career triple-double (21 points, 11 rebounds, school-record-tying 14 assists) ties the NCAA all-time mark set by Penn State’s Suzie McConnell and St. Mary’s Louella Tomlinson…and she’s only a sophomore.

USC

In other assisting news, Jordan McLaughlin tied the Pac-12 single-game assists record with 19 in USC’s 98-87 win over UC Santa Barbara. He had 19 points to go along with those 19 helpers as well.

Oregon State

Tres Tinkle had 16 points and Drew Eubanks had 12 in Oregon State's come-from-behind 63-60 win over St. Louis over the weekend. It was the Beaver's sixth-straight win, matching their longest streak since the 1992-93 season.

Arizona

Michael Lev examines Arizona quarterback Brandon Dawkins’ options for next season since Dawkins himself is focused on the bowl game and isn’t talking about his future plans yet. With Khalil Tate taking the college football world by storm, the fourth-year junior Dawkins could potentially grad transfer somewhere else.

Stanford

Stanford men’s basketball forward Reid Travis scored his 1,000th career point in the Cardinal’s 71-59 win over USF Sunday (Pac-12.com highlights).

California

Cal women’s basketball defeated BYU 70-45 Saturday night without Kristine Anigwe, who missed the game because of a “coach’s decision,” according to Lindsay Gottlieb (Anigwe is expected to play Thursday at Kentucky). Rusty Simmons has the game recap.

Colorado

Dave McMenamin of ESPN reports that Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Isaiah Thomas won’t return before Christmas, and Yahoo Sports reported that Thomas is hoping to make his season debut the first week of January.

Washington State
