Washington

The new early signing period for college football recruits begins Wednesday, and Adam Jude tells us that Washington is hoping to bring in a top-10 recruiting class. He gives us a list of the Husky commits in the link.

Oregon

Andrew Nemec of The Oregonian/OregonLive gives us six things to watch for Oregon football’s early signing period. Once considered the No. 1 class in the country before Willie Taggart jetted off to Florida State, the Ducks have experienced eight decommitments but could still haul in the best class in school history.

Utah

Nice- Lynn Worthy lets us know that Utah football signed four-star quarterback Jack Tuttle out of San Diego. Tuttle is the highest-rated quarterback signing in program history and chose the Utes over USC, Alabama and LSU.

Arizona

Wildcats fans, the Arizona Daily Star has an Arizona football early signing day page for you to check out that will update as the faxes come in.

California

Rusty Simmons informs us that Cal football is expecting to sign almost 20 recruits on Wednesday. Looks like Justin Wilcox could be bringing in a top-40 class.

Oregon State

Oregon State football coach Jonathan Smith has hired four assistant coaches, he announced Monday – Tim Tebesar (defensive coordinator), Trent Bray (linebackers), Kefense Hynson (wide receivers) and Legi Suiauno (defensive line). The Register-Guard has more.

Stanford

Stanford women’s volleyball sophomore Kathryn Plummer is a nominee for the Honda Sport Award for Volleyball, it was announced Tuesday.

Arizona State

Third-ranked Arizona State scored 60 points in the second half to blow past Longwood 95-61. The 11-0 Sun Devils led by just five at the break, and the 11-game winning streak is tied for the second-longest streak in school history.

USC

Wild game on Pac-12 Networks Tuesday night, as USC men’s basketball lost to Princeton 103-93 in overtime, but not before the Trojans erased a late deficit in the second half to force overtime.

UCLA

Thuc Nhi Nguyen writes that UCLA isn’t worried about the coaching changes on defense as the team gets ready for the Cactus Bowl. Chip Kelly recently added Paul Rhoads and Don Pellum to the coaching staff, and with them out recruiting and Demetrice Martin and Scott White not retained by Kelly, a couple of grad assistants have stepped up to the level of position coaches.

Washington State

Jim Allen of The Spokesman-Review gives Coug fans a first look at Michigan State ahead of Washington State’s Holiday Bowl matchup with the Spartans. Big turnaround for Sparty this year, going from 3-9 in 2016 to 9-3 in 2017.

Colorado

Pat Rooney features Colorado men’s basketball freshman guard Lazar Nikolic, who made his way to Boulder via Serbia. Nikolic speaks Serbian, Italian and English and has gotten off to a solid start for the Buffs.
