Colorado

Colorado hosts USC in the lone men’s basketball game Wednesday evening in the Pac-12, and Pat Rooney expects emotions to run high when Colorado and USC play Wednesday night (FOX Sports 1). The Trojans called a timeout to prolong the fun at the end of the game in SoCal between these two (a USC 12-point win).

Washington

Washington softball moved up to No. 1 in the NFCA poll for the first time since May 2010. The Dawgs are 12-0 with nine shutouts already this season.

Stanford

Stanford women’s basketball coach Tara VanDerveer was named the 2018 recipient of the Carol Eckman Integrity in Coaching Award, the WBCA announced Tuesday. The Cardinal finishes out the regular season on the road at the Washington schools.

California

Arizona

Oregon State outfielder Trevor Larnach was named Pac-12 Player of the Week and National Player of the Week from Collegiate Baseball and Perfect Game on Tuesday after hitting .889 (8-for-9) with three homers, two doubles and seven RBIs over the first three games of the season.

UCLA softball’s Aaliyah Jordan was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Week, hitting .750 (6-for-8) with six RBI over four games last week.
