SAN FRANCISCO – The Pac-12 Conference announced today the 15-member All-Pac-12 men’s basketball team, as well as the five-member All-Defensive and All-Freshman Teams. The teams were selected in a vote of the league’s 12 head coaches.
The Pac-12 Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Most Improved Player of the Year, Sixth Man of the Year, Scholar-Athlete of the Year and John R. Wooden Pac-12 Coach of the Year will be announced Monday evening at 5 p.m. PT/6 p.m. MT on Pac-12 Network in a special hour-long Pac-12 Sports Report. In addition to the live announcement of the yearly awards, the show will include analysis and recaps of the Conference heading into the Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Tournament in Las Vegas, Nev. Mike Yam will host with analysts Matt Muehlebach and Casey Jacobsen. The show can also be watched via the Pac-12 Now app and on Pac-12.com for authenticated subscribers.
The Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Tournament takes place this week, March 7-10, in Las Vegas at T-Mobile Arena. All-tournament passes and single-session tickets are available for purchase at pac-12.com/tickets and fans can follow coverage of the event all week long at pac-12.com/menstourney.
