UCLA

After winning the Pac-12 Beach Volleyball Championship, UCLA earned the No. 1 seed for the National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship, it was announced Sunday afternoon. The top-seeded Bruins will face Florida International in the first round of the eight-team tournament on Friday.

Stanford

Perhaps fueled by losing two close games to the Buffs in the regular season, Stanford women’s lacrosse defeated Colorado to win the Pac-12 Tournament title, dominating the Buffs 15-6 Sunday in Boulder.

Colorado

Colorado lacrosse remained at No. 14 in the IWLCA coaches poll but dropped a little bit in a couple of other polls following the Pac-12 Tournament. At 13-5, it’s likely that the Buffs will get an at-large bid for the NCAA Tournament.

USC

USC women’s water polo won the MPSF Tournament title by outlasting Stanford 13-12 in overtime, getting four goals apiece from Maud Megens and Hayley McKelvey in the process.

Oregon

Second-ranked Oregon softball swept fourth-ranked Washington in Seattle over the weekend, taking the Sunday game 5-3 (The Oregonian/OregonLive). The Ducks are now tied with UCLA for first at 15-3 in Pac-12 play.

California

Thirty Pac-12 players were selected in the 2018 NFL Draft, and, last of all Pac-12 players selected but certainly not least, former Cal defensive lineman James Looney was chosen by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round with the 232nd pick.

Oregon State

After going undrafted, Oregon State running back Ryan Nall signed a free agent deal with the Chicago Bears. Tyson Alger has more.

Washington State

Meanwhile, Washington State defensive lineman Hercules Mata’afa signed as an undrafted free agent with the Minnesota Vikings. Theo Lawson has the deets.

Utah

Lynn Worthy gives us the rundown of former Utah football players signing as undrafted free agents around the NFL after the draft.

Washington

Washington baseball scored four runs in the ninth inning in a 6-5 comeback win over Washington State Sunday in Seattle, thereby taking the Apple Cup series.

Arizona baseball snapped a five-game losing streak by defeating Utah 18-12 and getting two homers from Alfonso Rivas (Arizona Daily Star).
