Roundup: Top 2019 NFL Draft prospects around the Pac-12

Oregon

Jon Wilner believes that Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert is the Pac-12’s top prospect for the 2019 NFL Draft in his list of top prospects from the Conference of Champions.

Washington

Adam Jude gives us his top 10 2019 NFL Draft prospects for Washington, with left tackle Trey Adams at No. 1 and quarterback Jake Browning at No. 10.

Washington State

Theo Lawson reports that the Washington State athletic department expects to be $67 million in debt by the end of the 2018 fiscal year. The Board of Regents will meet next week to try to figure this out, Lawson notes.

Colorado

Former Colorado player Jennifer Roulier-Huth was named the head coach of Northern Colorado women’s basketball, it was announced Monday. Roulier-Huth was most recently an assistant at UCLA for seven years.

UCLA

UCLA men’s volleyball plays an NCAA Opening Round match against Harvard Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. PT. Winner gets second-seeded BYU (Long Beach State is the No. 1 seed).

Stanford

In other men’s volleyball news, Stanford’s Evan Enriques and Jaylen Jasper were named AVCA All-Americans, with Enriques earning a spot on the second team and Jasper getting an honorable mention nod.

USC

USC women’s water polo is the No. 1 seed for the NCAA Tournament, it was announced Monday. The Trojans won the MPSF tournament on Sunday and will host NCAAs May 8 and 11-13 (the Trojans will face the winner of UC San Diego and Wagner in the quarterfinals on May 11).

Oregon State

Oregon State baseball’s Steven Kwan was named Pac-12 Player of the Week on Monday after going 12-for-18 in four games last week to up his batting average to .340 for the season.

Utah

Lynn Worthy writes that Utah baseball is counting on this season's growing pains to serve as a foundation for future success. The Utes are just two years removed from a Pac-12 title and while they only have six conference wins this season, they've taken series from Oregon State and Arizona.

California
