Oregon

Let’s get you caught up on a busy Memorial Day weekend by starting with softball, as a whopping four Pac-12 teams made it to the Women’s College World Series. We start in Eugene, where top-seeded Oregon run-ruled Kentucky in Game 3 to advance to Oklahoma City for the fifth time in seven years (The Oregonian).

Washington

In Seattle, Washington softball swept Alabama to earn its 13th WCWS appearance. The fifth-seeded Huskies open with fourth-seeded and two-time defending national champion Oklahoma.

Arizona State

Jeff Metcalfe has the recap from the 5-2 victory over South Carolina Saturday night that sent Arizona State to the WCWS. The Sun Devils scored four runs in the fifth to pull away from the Gamecocks.

UCLA

UCLA is the other Pac-12 softball team on to OKC, but we use our Bruin space on Tuesday to let you know that men’s tennis players Martin Redlicki and Evan Zhu won the NCAA doubles title Monday, defeating Martin Joyce and Mikael Torpegaard of Ohio State 6-7 (8), 7-6 (4), 11-9. That’s right- three tiebreakers; intense stuff in Winston-Salem.

California

Congrats to Cal women’s rowing for winning the NCAA title Saturday in Sarasota, Florida, claiming its second title in the last three years and fourth in program history. The Golden Bears edged second-place Washington by two points.

Washington State

Washington State women’s rowing finished 14th at the NCAA Championships, with all three boats finishing better than their seeds.

Stanford

Stanford baseball is the No. 2 national seed and will host Baylor, Cal State Fullerton and Wright State in a regional beginning Friday. It’s the 17th time in program history the Cardinal has hosted an NCAA Regional.

Oregon State

Meanwhile, Oregon State baseball is the No. 3 national seed and will host a regional field that includes LSU, San Diego State and Northwestern State. In all, four Pac-12 baseball teams are in the NCAA Tournament, with UCLA and Washington being the other two.

Arizona

The Wildcats did not make the postseason, and Michael Lev writes that Arizona baseball is taking responsibility for not getting selected to a regional. The Wildcats were one of the first four teams out.

USC

Here’s an update on which USC track & field athletes have qualified for the NCAA Championships (June 6-9 in Eugene).

Utah

In this piece posted by the Deseret News, Utah AD Chris Hill reminisces on his career in Salt Lake City. A lot of good times produced by Utah athletics during his three decades at the helm.

Colorado

Brian Howell whips up this Bolder Boulder recap for us.
