UCLA head coach Chip Kelly has long been a master of identifying and recruiting talent all across the football world, and Wednesday reminded us of just that when he tabbed Pac-12 Network host Mike Yam as a five-star broadcaster. "I haven't used a sick day in like 10 years," Yam said. "I check some boxes for you."

"We would love you, Yam, until we turn the tape on for you," Kelly quipped. "But broadcasting, you're a five star."

Now, other experts may not be as generous with their star ratings, but they clearly haven't seen how the New Jersey native's hair stays perfectly in place throughout an 18-hour day. We've seen it. It really is five-star stuff.
