Great news for Colorado fans and terrible news for everyone else: There are now two Shenaults in black and gold.
Laviska Shenault Jr. opened eyes as a wide receiver for the Buffs in 2018, posting a 1,000-yard season even as he missed three games to injury. And now his little brother, La'Vontae, is set to do the same. The three-star receiver from DeSoto, Texas, was the first announced signee for Colorado on Wednesday morning. Over two varsity seasons at DeSoto High School, he pulled down 135 receptions for 1,717 yards and 12 touchdowns. And count 'em: He had five 100-yard receiving games and one monster 200-yard performance.
