Johnson’s Play Highlights Men’s Golf's Final Day In Arizona

CAREFREE, Ariz. – Rylan Johnson shot a 3-under 68 to lead the Oregon State men's golf team in the fourth and final round of the 2024 Pac-12 Championships Sunday at the par-71, 7,203-yard Desert Forest Golf Club.
 
Johnson posted five birdies Sunday and had the best round of the event by a Beaver. He ended the 72-hole event with a 13-over 297 and connected on a team-best 13 birdies. He finished tied 22nd.
 
Nicolas Quintero ended the event by matching Johnson, posting a 13-over 297, finishing ssss. He shot a 2-over 73 a day after posting a 1-under 72.
 
Jackson Lake had his best round and matched Quintero on the final day with a 2-over 73. Quintero picked up two birdies and an eagle – at the par-5 535 – while Lake tallied a birdie an eagle at the par-5 11th hole. Lake finished the event tied for 57th with a 23-over 307.
 
Mateo Fuenmayor finished third among OSU competitors, shooting a 17-over 301 for the tournament. He posted a 3-over 74 in the final 18 holes, totaling three birdies. Fuenmayor tied for 39th.
 
Stanley Lin completed the event tied for 41st. He shot a 17-over 301 after a 10-over 81 on Sunday.
 
Alfred Raja tallied a tie for 48th after posting a 20-over 304. He shot a 4-over 75 in the final day of play.
