Oregon State football player Dustin Stanton is the Beavers' male recipient of the 2016-17 Tom Hansen Medal. Stanton's work on the offensive line helped the 2016 Beavers set a single-season rushing record with 5.2 yards per carry, while also being named to the Pac-12 All-Academic first team three times and donating his time to various different charities.
