Washington

Andrew Sharp of Sports Illustrated spends a day with Markelle Fultz and lived to write about it (not that he was in any danger). Really interesting read here.

UCLA

Kevin Baxter of the Los Angeles Times reports that UCLA women’s soccer top recruit Mal Pugh is turning pro after playing in three spring games for the Bruins. Pugh enrolled at UCLA for the winter quarter and was set to play her freshman season in the fall before deciding to turn pro. She has 22 games of national team experience and became the youngest American to score a goal in the Olympics last summer.

Arizona

Bruce Pascoe reports that Arizona will pay Lorenzo Romar $400,000 next season for his services as men’s basketball associate head coach. He’ll also get up to $12,000 for moving expenses.

Utah

Chantel Jennings gives us her three takeaways from Utah’s spring game on Saturday. The Utes wrap up spring football with a final practice Tuesday.

USC

Kyle Bonagura believes (with good reason) that Clay Helton turned out to be the right hire for USC football after all. So much for that 0-2 ending to 2015 and 1-3 start to 2016.

Stanford

Stanford women’s lacrosse coach Amy Booker won her 100th game at Stanford with the Cardinal’s 15-12 win over Cal in Berkeley Monday night.

Colorado

Check out this Pac-12 Networks video feature on the growth of the Colorado women’s lacrosse program, from announcing that it would start the program in 2012 to turning into a top-10 team this year.

California

Cal’s Megan Manasse was named Pac-12 Women’s Tennis Player of the Week, nabbing a singles and doubles win against higher-ranked opponents.

Oregon State

After taking two of three from Washington last weekend, Oregon State baseball is still the consensus No. 1 team in the country. The Beavs are now 30-2 overall and 14-1 in Pac-12 play.

Washington State

Washington State baseball lost to Gonzaga 9-4 Monday night in Spokane, dropping to 15-18 on the season.

Oregon

Awwww – Oregon football will have “more traditional colors” for its uniforms in 2017, according to Oregon’s football equipment administrator. Andrew Greif has more.

Arizona State

Jeff Metcalfe provides us with the Arizona State football post-spring practice depth chart.
