SEATTLE – This week the Huskies make a three-pronged attack in their final action before prepping for the Pac-12 Championships. One group of women's distance runners heads to the storied Penn Relays, while the men's distance runners are off to the Payton Jordan Invitational at Stanford. Meanwhile the jumpers, sprinters, and throwers are making their way to the Fresno State Invitational.

Action at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia starts first, on Thursday, as several Huskies will race a 5k and Anna Terell is scheduled to run the 400-meter hurdles. The relay action, with the famous wheel trophies on the line, starts Friday as the Dawgs will compete in the DMR Championship of America at 11:25 a.m. Pacific time. Saturday the Huskies will have two relays in action, going in the 4x1500-meter Championship of America at 9:30 a.m. Pacific, and then the 4x800-meter Championship of America at 11:48 a.m. Pacific.

Payton Jordan action all takes place Friday evening, beginning for the Huskies at approximately 6 p.m. with the men's 1,500-meter heats. Eleven Dawgs will be contesting the 800-meters, 1500-meters, 5000-meters, and steeplechase at Cobb Track & Angell Field.

Most of the action at Fresno State will take place on Saturday, though the hammer throws and invite long jumps will go on Friday. A total of 33 Huskies are in the Fresno group. Saturday, field events begin at 10 a.m. and the first running event is set for 1 p.m.
