As we celebrate and honor Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we’re looking back from when Pac-12 Networks’ Ashley Adamson joined Stanford student-athlete Alex Tsai early on during the COVID-19 pandemic as Tsai discusses her food drive efforts with The Farmlink Project – a nonprofit that connects farms and food banks to help reduce produce waste.
