All-Black officiating crew works Pac-12 football game for second straight season

For the second straight season, an all-Black officiating crew will work a Pac-12 football game when Washington hosts Washington State in the Apple Cup on Friday, Nov. 26.
Last year, the Pac-12 made history at the Stanford-UCLA game with its first ever all-Black officiating crew to work a Pac-12 football game.
The crew for the 2021 Apple Cup will consist of the following officials:
- Michael Mothershed — Referee
- Matt Jordan — Umpire
- Darryl Johnson — Head Line Judge
- Cravonne Barrett — Line Judge
- Gary Reed — Side Judge
- Michael Hall — Field Judge
- Anthony Little — Back Judge
- Michael Marsh — Center Judge
- Judson Howard — Instant Replay Official (IR1)
- Cleo Robinson — Instant Replay Official (IR2)
- Michael Stephens — Alternate Official
- Charles Stewart — Line of Scrimmage Position Supervisor
- Neely Dunn — Game Evaluator
Mothershed, Johnson, Reed, Hall, Little, Marsh, Howard, Robinson and Stephens were also part of the officiating crew for the Stanford-UCLA game last season.
